Aldahie Studio provides a SaaS platform that enables businesses, freelancers, startups, and individualsto create and manage online stores, portfolios, blogs, and corporate websites.Features include e-commerce tools, analytics, managed hosting, and optional add-ons.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as described at the time of purchase.All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Serviceafter a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content provided by Aldahie Studio remain our exclusive property.You retain ownership of all content you upload to your platform.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display that contentsolely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time,with reasonable notice where feasible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aldahie Studio shall not be liable for any indirect,incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service,even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid usin the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice dependingon the severity of the breach. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settingsor by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courtsof Paris, France.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email ora notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
